We ship to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us before purchasing.
Rates and timing
Delivery method and price are shown before payment. Timing starts with the shipping email and may vary due to customs or remote locations.
Outside the European Union
Duties, import taxes and customs fees not included at checkout remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Withdrawal
For distance purchases you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to legal exceptions. The garment must be returned intact and unworn beyond a normal fitting.
Defects or problems
Write to orders@tropikera.com with your order number and photographs. We will reply with the appropriate instructions.
Returning to stock
A returned garment becomes available again only after it has arrived and passed a manual inspection.
